Welcome to the Leonardo.ai Affiliate Program. This document outlines the Terms of Service (ToS) governing your participation in our affiliate program. By joining our program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for our affiliate program, applicants must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Operate a website or business that is compatible with our brand and values.
Comply with all legal requirements in your jurisdiction and ours.
Affiliates will be approved based on a review of these criteria.
3. Commission Structure
As an affiliate of app.leonardo.ai, you are entitled to earn a commission of 25% on the first 6 payments made by each customer you refer within the first 6 months of their subscription, provided that the customer converts within 60 days of following your referral link. This referral process is supported by a 60-day cookie, ensuring that conversions are accurately attributed to your account when a referred customer makes a purchase on app.leonardo.ai.
Conversion Definition: A conversion is deemed to occur when a customer makes a purchase on app.leonardo.ai after following your referral link. This ensures that the commission is rightfully earned and attributed to the referring affiliate.
4. Payment Terms
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases, which are subject to a 30-day pending period. This waiting period allows us to confirm that the purchase was not canceled, refunded, or otherwise invalidated. After this 30-day validation period, commissions that are confirmed as successful conversions become eligible for payout.
Commissions are paid out weekly, provided that:
Payouts will be processed via PayPal in the week following the moment the above conditions are satisfied.
Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings and are advised to consult with a tax professional to ensure compliance with their local tax regulations.
5. Use of Brand and Marketing Materials
Affiliates are permitted to use our brand and marketing materials, provided that:
No alterations are made to the brand logo or imagery.
Custom marketing materials must be approved by us prior to use.
All uses of brand materials must positively represent Leonardo.ai.
6. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the commission structure or other program terms with 30 days' notice to affiliates. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our affiliate portal.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in:
Fraudulent activities, including but not limited to fake referrals and transactions.
Spamming or unsolicited promotions.
Any form of unethical marketing practices.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
8. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid in the next payment cycle, provided the minimum threshold is met.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Leonardo.ai is not liable for any indirect or accidental damages resulting from this affiliate program. All affiliate activities are at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
